Terms of service and refunds

The service

AuditBnB analyzes public information from an Airbnb listing and produces an automated diagnostic. The report offers recommendations to support a host's decisions; it does not guarantee any specific search position, occupancy level or amount of revenue.

Price and payment

Payment is charged in US dollars (USD) and processed by Stripe. The total price in USD is shown before checkout opens and is the full price for the audit you selected. The Action Plan for one property is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Stripe processes the transaction and confirms to AuditBnB once the payment is approved.

Delivery

Generation begins after the payment is securely confirmed. The PDF normally arrives by email within a few minutes. If an external integration delays the process, we will show whatever status is available and may retry delivery without charging you a second time.

30-day guarantee

If the report is not valuable to you, you can request a refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase. Write from the email address you paid with to hola@auditbnb.com and include your payment identifier. We will review the transaction and reply by the same channel.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to submit other people's URLs abusively, interfere with its operation, work around technical limits, or attempt to access reports belonging to anyone else.

Relationship with Airbnb

AuditBnB is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or administered by Airbnb. Airbnb and its trademarks belong to their respective owners.
