AuditBnB uses only the information it needs to analyze a public Airbnb listing, deliver the result and keep the service running.
What we collect
- The public URL of the listing you choose to analyze.
- Your email address when you request a diagnostic, buy a report or sign in to your account.
- Technical and attribution data, such as the page visited, the UTM campaign and funnel events. These events use a random identifier and do not store your email or the listing URL.
- The status and identifier of the payment transaction. AuditBnB does not store your full card details.
What we use it for
To generate and send audits, confirm payments, give you access to your reports, handle support, prevent fraud, and understand which parts of the service need to improve.
Providers
To operate the service we rely on specialized providers for hosting, public page extraction, artificial intelligence, payments, email, storage, analytics and advertising measurement. Each provider receives only the data its function requires.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the service, meet applicable obligations and resolve claims. We limit operational access, avoid putting personal data in URLs, and mask email addresses in technical logs.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or stop receiving communications, by writing to hola@auditbnb.com.
